This vote for 1.6.0-rc1 Apache Mynewt and 1.1.0-rc1 Apache NimBLE is being
cancelled due for the following reasons:
* newt tool issue on Windows preventing 'newt install' to work
* openocd not working properly on Windows
* few issues with STM32 boards
* NimBLE certification
