a little wizard, just to make some things default

Perhaps there should be a wizard that runs on the first launch that configures
a bunch of stuff that would be specific to certain users or environments. You
could set the default license template from there too and address a couple
issues.

Also I would suggest to include disabling master password. Its mostly
annoying since most users use their machines alone.

Indeed, this needs to be much easier to find, we’ve discussed this before.
Maybe a toolbar button should open that tab in the Options window or it
should be linked from the Welcome screen.

I have just downloaded Netbeans 12 and searched in vain control/switch to
change the Look and Feel. Maybe I am missing something.
