Thanks for asking about these dependencies. The attached image did not come
through to the list, but the XML snippet shows the standard test
dependencies. These dependencies are applied to all modules by design, to
avoid unnecessary repetition in child modules.

Thanks for the reply.
I submitted a pull request [1] which deletes the modules from the main
branch. As described in the Jira issues, the purpose is to eliminate
maintenance of the C2 server components as they stand.
