Actually I wants a simple inventory management system and one billing system.
ie. I want to update the products and when a customer buy something from the
shop I need to product a bill for the customer.

OK, I see the problem. Some taxes cut in at a minimum item or purchase
price. A promotional adjustment can lower the price the customer is paying,
so they should not have to pay any tax. However, the tax is being calculated
on the base price, before any promotional
