I will continue to build AOO41X with my installed Cygwin32. If it ever
breaks on my VM, I will *not* repair it.
Damjan posted the needed patches to build AOO41X with Cygwin64, if
anyone wants to commit them...

For AOO41X we are somehow stuck with Cygwin32. So it will allow us to
build but it will not get updates anymore.
