NeoShine: ribbon introduction

Hello list, Distributed with NeoKylin in China, NeoShine introduce a ribbon: http://oooforum.free.fr/images/neokylin_writer.png http://oooforum.free.fr/images/neokylin_calc.png I don't speak chinese but maybe these developers could be contacted. This enhancement could be back-ported in AOO?
