Newer versions of boost will require a C++14 enabled compiler to build.
Older versions are really painful to patch to work with newer compilers. This
version includes pretty much all the patches
Since a couple of weeks, forums was slowness due to bot attacks.
This has been fixed by Infra: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-25283
Thanks to them
But Infra draws our attention to our outdated wiki, with Mediawiki software
that needs updating
