Ok I found out why this is, I had previously used "--disable-gtk", but
forgot do to a full build again after removing the option. After a full
build the option is there :)

I have recently downloaded openoffice and personally think

sw/source/filter/rtf while some of the backend bits are in
svx/source/svrtf and svtools/source/svrtf
