1.unpack all the five bz2 source files using 'tar' xf. not the winzip/rar.
2.put the dev300_m99 into c:/cygwin/home/zzh/m99.

Big thanks goes to Slava, few things need to be clarified:
1. is it ok to put the source code in the cygwin/home/zzh...? have seen warning
like 'cygwin prefer /home
/zzh/.. etc.?
2. there were surely no blanks or quotes contained in the path variable in the
shell. no trailing slash as well.
3. I surely used /cygdrive/c/ in all the cases, when I was writing all the
--with stuff. do I need to try re-typing them using /c/ instead?
Try to realize which path might require to be written differently. Maybe
if you post your configure command line, somebody have an idea.

with /c/ instead of /cygdrive/c/:
