[dev] Big bugs in Formula

2005-05-30 Thread Вадим Владимирович

Hello, people.

I faced 3 veri big problems usin Formulas in OOffice 1.9.104:
1) If there are many formulas thay can chage by thair own wish. For
example, you wrote two formulas and the first may change context to the
second's.
2) It may change format (huge symbols, blanc etc.). Only when you click
it, open and close formula editor, it became correct during next bug.
3) Problems when copy/paste formula (as object) = first bug is too
stronger.
4) When exporting to MS Office XP *.doc format I could not edit formulas
in MS Office. It became blank when I click it.

It's a very extrime to write mathematic work in institute on OOffice
!!! :)

Looks as if some changes meant for a CWS branch went to HEAD instead.
We'll investigate and fix it. Sorry.

Ken,

In head has anyone figured out how to get rid of the circular
dependency. In order to link some libraries inside tools you have to
   have already linked tools.

what is the error message? What lib in tools needs what library?

libtl, the tools library itself. Hence the recursive nature of the
problem.

THanks
Ken

If you have a reproducable scenario (may be with a particular document)
it would be great if you filed an issue for each of the problems you
encountered. The bugs you described are not specific enough, they don't
appear always and easily.

Best regards,
Mathias

Re: [dev] UNO IDL and java.util.Date

Hi Kohei Yoshida, if I try to declare the date argument date as a
com.sun.star.util.Date like this:

(In my .idl file)
string test(...[in] com::sun::start::util::Date date, ...);

(In my Java class implementation)
public String test(... com.sun.star.util.Date date, ...) {...

My function don't appear in the Calc Functions Window. If I change to
double or string type, it works. Why?

Becasue not all IDL types are valid for calc add-in functions. The
add-in function suppüort only a restricted set of types. See the
Developer's Guide
(http://api.openoffice.org/docs/DevelopersGuide/Spreadsheet/Spreadsheet.htm#1+6+Spreadsheet+Add-Ins)
for detailed information.

Try the com.sun.star.util.Date struct.

Re: [dev] circular dependency in tools/

2005-05-30 Thread Rüdiger Timm
Kurt has fixed this meanwhile (see
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=49990 ). 'tools' form
CVS HEAD builds again.

The problem occured in moving source files not needed for OpenOffice.org
into an other, SO internal module (these files are needed for some
Hamburg inhouse tools only and we do not want to fill office libs with
unneeded stuff). Unfortunately also a CVS/Repository file got copied, so
some commits went into the wrong module. Sorry for that mistake and
thanks Ken for finding and reporting.

[dev] Neu hier

2005-05-30 Thread HillerD
Hallo,

Italienisch in Deutsche etc.

[dev] Calc macht Projektmanagement

2005-05-30 Thread HillerD
Hallo,
