I have problems committing to svn.openstreetmap.org [1].
It seems to work when splitting the change in small chunks, but this is
quite cumbersome. The attempted commit is similar to [26284].

i already downloaded the pdf - even read it :-)
i enabled it and it worked in the working copy - but not if someone
without access to the real svn accesses http://svn.file.txt.
and besides. my application is only one perl file, so no tags,
compilations, releases etc.
so again
so again the problem. how does a user who downloaded my

The lifts are there the whole year, the pistes aren't. Maybe the piste
rendering would just be a light shading, with footways, etc. drawn on top?

I have run both tests and there are no proxies.
I have setup latest Eclipse and Subclipse from scratch and can successfully
access and commit to a non-OSM repository. Trying to commit to the OSM
repository and I do not even get asked for my password, I immediately get the
