Its done, there's only 2 steps to finalize the Release from where we left
off at Voting.
Here's the Release artifacts -

I just called the end of the vote on the IMPC - we passed - yay!
(finally...)
I will follow up tomorrow morning to make sure that the artifacts are in
the correct location, the website is update, etc - due to prior
commitments, I won't be able to tackle it tonight.

The 72 hour voting period is a "should" not a "must" (see
http://www.apache.org/legal/release-policy.html#release-approval), which I
take to mean that it is acceptable to have a shorter voting period under
