There are currently a total of 5 failing tests, 2 on the arm platform, 3 on
windows 2008 server 64 bit JDK7
I don't have direct access to the platforms these tests are failing on, if
someone does and they have some time to help out, please do, lets get River

I'm not aware of anyone using it at present, I certainly don't need it myself,
although it is useful for flushing out race conditions, where other processors
may require heavier loads before a bug becomes apparent.

I was hoping to announce the qa tests were sorted, having just fixed outrigger
(please peer review outrigger changes in skunk/qa-refactor), however an issue
with Reggie has decided to rear its head.
Reggie uses complex data structures and synchronises access using ReadersWriter.
