It's visual studio code, which is a different IDE than visual studio. AFAIK
Royale dosen't work in Visual Studio itself yet

Unfortunately, there is no special offers for Adobe CC users that I know
of.
Also, I would recommend grouping the IDEs into two categories:
Current/Modern/Full? and Legacy.
Moonshine and VSCode are in the first group. FDT may be as well.
IntelliJ and FB are in the Legacy group as not all featur
Maybe it would be worth to mention that there are others, but only initial
work has been done like Flat, JQuery. List is here [1]

Actually JetBrains is giving you all their IDEs and products as part of
their Open Source program. :) In case of Adobe CC I have no idea.
