Agree with Willem’s ideas.
1.alpha do compensation based on transaction end instruction triggered by omega
instead of using event scanner.
2. about hot and cold event data, here is my opinion.
- transaction event table. (Hot)
storage txEvent receiving from omega directly.
- transact
we can use sc CLI to fire a policy, we can use istio-like configuration to
do that and extend our own configuration

OK, I got your point of unifying the management API.
Currently if we just treat the configuration data as KV, it is quite
simple for use to integrate it with etcd or the other KV store.
But it could be more convince for the user if we have a management
module or policy to wrap the configuration ke
Current retry logic is a bit complex, I'm thinking to introduce retry
message to simplify the scanner work[1].
For the compensation part, we could leverage the callback of
TxEventService to react the event directly instead of using event
scanner to find out the transaction which need to be compensa

Hi Committers
As the discussion of "Heading to graduation" [1], we want to setup
the PMC as part of ServiceComb graduation resolution. So we'd like to
confirm whether you want to remain as a Project Management Committees
(PMC) member of Apache ServiceComb project?

I already send out a mail to the private mailing list. But it could
be more fair to let the existing committers make their own choice.
I will send out separate a mail to the dev to make sure they are informed.

I'd happy to send a mail for them to ask if they are still want to

Thanks,
Roman.

Hey guys, now the compensate way of alpha has some problems.
1.the compensate logic for retry scenarios is not perfect, in some place it do
not considering retry scenarios.
2.do one compensation in one event scanner cycle,it mean that if there are 1000
aborted event, it will cost at lest 500s to
To my opinion, if we have faqs, we should make sure there is a search
entry that can search questions directly by keyword.
Usually, opensource projects use google search embeded into the website,
but I am not sure if the google search can search out them.
If we can not reach that, I suggest we j
