That still depends on pmc and incubator process. That should a new process.
Still same point, it is not related to shardingsphere too much. Don't see many
community active there. I don't support to move that project in based on
current situation.

Considering the elastic data migration, maybe it is better to use it as an
ETL tool, for John is familiar with it. But we also need to spend more time
