[jenkins] Restricting builds to ubuntu only

Hi, Recent Sling builds fail on the solaris slaves ( [1], [2], [3] ) . I suggest that we restrict the builds to the ubuntu slaves, by using the ubuntu label. This is in line with what infra recommends ( [4] ) . If someone with Jenkins karma thinks it's a good idea, please update our jobs to use
