Very little other than release should IMO be voted on and votes called only
after consensus has been reached to record that decision. I don’t expect this

Hi Justin,
Well in general it is something to vote on (my opinion) just like creating new
repos etc.
it IS sort of like voting to accept the Air you breathe, but I still thought
... learning to vote is something good and practicing it is even better.
