All,
Please be advised that the infra team is aware of a permission problem that
is affecting podlings ability to write to the incubator dist area. This
may cause you to be unable to create staged releases and promote those to
the public mirrors. You can track the status in
All,
Just as a heads up, don't forget to forward the vote to the general@incubator
list so we have a heads up [1]. By the time you put this on the incubator list
it should have the resolution drafted.
You can use [2] to generate a draft of the resolution once you've nominated a

Steve,
Thanks for following through on this. I think next step, if we want to do
this is to work with infra to get the data from streams fed into the ASF
archiving systems.
And yes, the DigestAI tool is a pain. No response from their support,
nothing. All it does is record a few lines and
Podlings,
I wanted to raise a point to all, hence the direct emails.
The Whimsy PMC has put together a roster tool for managing the committers
in a podling. Rather than managing the committer list in your status file,
this will keep track and make sure we list out everyone's valid IDs.

differences in what Suneel posted and signed off on vs Ate's
edits and his sign off. For instance, in your report you mention "PMC
member" but podlings are made up of a "PPMC." I would like to see more
discussion over haste to post a report.

Likewise, you're not on the reporting schedule:

Which is
is there anyone on streams to object?
Is this going to be more of a reboot or do we expect some amount of going
forward?
We had a similar case recently with another podling. There was a
retirement vote, some community voices, when it came to actually reviving
they got part way through and ended
Some in line commentary. I've also included in the to podlings I've made
comments on.

Then more likely than not your license and notice files are not correct.
Why?
If you have dependencies on non-AL artifacts, their licenses should be in
your license file
Hi Streams,
I noticed in your board report you mention no release. When I look at your
website, it lists a parent pom release. It looks like you did have a
release (even if it's just a small one). So why not make sure it's listed?
