Hi Lukasz.
I have no objections to marking that list of plugins as deprecated in 2.6.x.
There has not been much development activity for most of those plugins in a
while, from a quick review.
Also, marking them as deprecated might get the attention of anyone using those
plugins actively ... s
Sitemesh was quite nice at the times, but looks like it's not developed
anymore.
So +1 for removing this plugins.
