OK, I was able to successfully deploy (locally) and pass a partial
regression test (enough to verify that the Struts2 components are working

A new version of Struts 2.3.3 is coming, please take a time and try to
test the bits [1] or use Maven staging repository [2]. If there be no
show-stoppers I'm going to call for a Vote in a week.
