Hey again,
I joined the infra team slack channel and got the answer. You need to:
1. Add 2fa to your GitHub account
2. Log in to https://gitbox.apache.org/boxer/ with your ASF id and follow the
instructions
That’s all.

Hi everyone,
from my side I also would prefer removing component queuing (+1), enclosures I
would prefer a rework and not to remove it (+0).
In addition to Martin’s list I would add some points
— Martin's list —
4) Move wicket-http2-servlet4 into core and remove wicket-http2-jetty /
Good idea. My suggestion would be to move it into core directly, because it is
standard servlet API as of version 4.
Any other opinions?

Hey,
as you could see I opened a PR to fix the issues on wicket-site.
I sadly was not able to push directly to asf-site, so that the updates are
online.

Hi,
I noticed a minor bug at the new Homepage on my iPhone X - the „Table of
Contents“ and Getting Started is display right above the main logo. I try to
fix this at weekend. Or do anyone know the right spot to fix this fast?

Hi,
to my opinion they just want to contribute to Wicket. I would simply explain
how the process of contribution works at ASF (PRs, etc.) and give them some
information what challenges we were faced with till now.

If it is fine for you and not a Bit Deal you can do it manually - if there are
steps which are release blocking then we can revert and revote for a new one.

Oh dear - why devs don’t stop using !important - it is so hard to customize it
by use more specific selectors... anyway - as long as the css are clear and
simple to support functions of the backend they are ok. Users can even
customize them. display: none to hide something is simple and clear

Hi,
as you know I am a big fan of HTML5 and was experimenting a lot with it, I
would also vote to stay with a core css and clean it up, because of a better
backward compatibility. flex is used a LOT in modern layouts and would break
the other option.

Hi,
sorry for catching up so late, but do we need to ask infra to add jdk 13 to
also test the ea build?
I just saw that it is missing in the toolchain XML file and I wonder if it is
already available?

that would be great! +1 for participating!
I‘ve a question regarding feedback and responsibilies - do you have to give
them feedback or can we do this as well (because they only reached out to you)
If it is only possible for you a question would be if this can be extended to

Great! I am going to have a look at it, now. :-)

Base64 can easily be replaced with (Java 8)
// Encode
String asB64 = Base64.getEncoder().encodeToString("some
string".getBytes("utf-8"));
System.out.println(asB64); // Output will be: c29tZSBzdHJpbmc=
// Decode
byte[] asBytes = Base64.getDecoder().decode("c29tZSBzdHJpbmc=");

Hey guys,
maybe I missed something, but why do we have master and wicket-9.x?
I thought the latest version is master and all others are wicket-x.x.

Hi Martijn,
I have just one question - maybe I got it wrong, but does Wicket 8 run also
with Java 9 / 10? I thought there are some issues with those newer VMs - it was
also discussed on the dev mailing list - if yes we should not mention Java 8+.
Kindly let ne know if I am wrong. :-)
