Looks like you have some file conversion there. From where these files are
being read?. If it needs to access the server file system, security manager
will block this.
Are you running your local setup with security manager enabled?

According to [1], build is successful. Currently developer studio does not
have test cases implemented. It seems bamboo expecting test cases and
that's why we are getting build fail message. We will try to remove that
option from bamboo for the moment and add test cases in the future.
