While I was trying to run the Identity Server samples, found out that the
samples directory is missing in the WSO2 Identity Server 4.6.0 binary
distribution.
In the other products (esb, greg. etc), there was directory with the
working samples. But here it is missing.

and we can't force the user to wait until the next release to try them out.
