Yes, that´s true, there´s no RNG at all, they are sequential numbers. Once the
CABF has decided what to do regarding this issue we´ll change accordingly.

I´ve been speaking with ETSI and the TS 102 042 has not been deprecated,
withdrawn or made historical so meanwhile is published, it can be used.
At the CABF there´s a ballot, 171, which allows the use of the TS 102 042 for
EV certs and yes, as EN 319 411-1 is the new one which reflects all
