We are live with mailing lists and website. I have setup sync from the
confluence exports, so edits on the wiki will be live with about 1
hour delay. I'll work on the "look and feel" to match the apache.org
website in the next couple days.

I have managed to get the export template configured to produce pages
with the same look and feel of Apache.org and a sample is available at

+1, the projects I have been following more close, they request an
ICLA on file for the students when the summer project starts
independent of any committership status. If we introduce continue the
process of access to svn areas to students, an ICLA should be a MUST
as for any other contributors.

I think we have used mentor in the past (instead of mentored)...
We could do the batch update, but I'm afraid new ideas might come with the
gsoc2013 and get ignored, so we need to monitor it if the search don't
et started by reading :
http://community.apache.org/gsoc.html
And searching for project ideas at :
http://s.apache.org/gsoc2013ideas
Once you identify the project idea, you will have to start discussing with
the mentor in the project mailing list on how to get started building your
proposal.
