To the Mifos and Fineract dev communities -
My name is Steve Conrad, and I have recently begun volunteering with the
Mifos/Fineract community and really appreciate the great work that you all

Hi everyone -
I have been spending some time over the past few weeks trying to understand
the current status of the Mifos Payment Gateway and determine what things
still need to be done. I wanted to summarize my understanding of where the
gateway is at.

Thanks for updating the integration tests relating to the FINERACT-590
change. I'll make sure to run integration tests before any promotions.

I created a fix for this issue so that an SMS campaign handles triggered
messages the same way that scheduled messages are handled. If the message
is a notification, it goes to the GCM service. Otherwise, it goes to the
standard SMS service.

Hi Mexina -
This is an issue that was recently fixed in the Develop branch. If you
don't have the latest code, the workaround is to not use prefixes when
generating the client ID.

We do have a project that allows us to work with MySQL 5.7 and fixes all of
the group by clauses in Fineract. But that code has not been pushed into
any of the active branches as far as I know. I think we had identified a
large testing task for this summer's GSoC to make sure we had

Have you created the 2 MySQL databases that are required for Fineract? This
process is described in the installation documents. From a MySQL terminal,
you need to do the following:
create database `mifosplatform-tenants`;
create database `mifostenant-default`;
Take care,

Please let me know if you have any issues with running integration tests.
And please make sure that tests are running cleanly with each commit you

I have created a new issue in Jira to integrate the Open Banking APIs and
functionality into the interoperability layer of Fineract. Marta and the

with an API gateway - providing more secure access for FSPs to our
