Yes quite a number have work. For 24, 25 and 26 more worked than got error 1000.

Apache Flex SDK 4.16.0 AIR 25.0 installs 1,609
Apache Flex SDK 4.16.0 AIR 26.0 installs 1,093
Apache Flex SDK 4.16.0 AIR 27.0 installs 593

Hard to tell as we don’t directly log that and google analytics is not giving 
that info up. Given the number of distinct users I would guess it’s a mix but 
more likely more windows 10 than 7.

JFYI It's occurring 100% of the time with 3.3 (from a small sample of 42 
anyway), with 3.2 over the last few month I can find 6 of the same errors out 
of 2000 odd working installs of 4.16.0 on windows.

Not only with installer 3.3 but also with installer 3.2. It doesn't occur

I think the increase of download will be less in case of 4.16 - I would
live it there.

So just to be clear 4.16.0 will fail to work on windows with the 3.3 installer? 

Perhaps we may need to remove 4.16.0 from the list of SDKs on windows? We’re 
currently getting just under 2000 installs via the installer of 4.16 a month 
btw.

Tests never too much! :) However I explained it in several places that we
have this issue from your email. [1] Which has been fixed in 4.16.1. This
is the only reason why I'm trying to release new SDK. I'm not able to do
anything with it in released 4.16, but you know that you are welcome to try
and figure out some way. Issue is in installer.xml.

Note it’s installer 3.3 (i.e. the new one) on windows / SDK 4.16.0  and AIR

on OSX and trying to mount the dmg file which doesn’t exist.

I have found scenario where installer uses old way of downloading Adobe
Air. I just added beta version of Air and it looks like in that case
installer is not using Ant on Air. I will probably remove beta version to
do not provide bad experience to the users.

If I found energy I will try to fix those scenario, but it will be rather
for the version 3.4 of installer.

This is an out of memory error, the new installer which is just about to be

Hi Piotr,

I'm not sure I understand your question, but the pattern of files for

  repos/dist/release/flex/installer/3.2


looks correct to me.  You should have the same set of files for 3.3 and
place the in the same kind of folder structure.  This is supposed to be
done via

  svn mv dist/dev/flex/installer/3.3/rc2 dist/release/flex/installer/3.3

Also, it would be good idea to remove old RCs from dist/dev/flex/installer
