Thanks for reporting this, Lewis. I can reproduce the issue by go1.4.3 linux/amd64. The cause seems to be HTRACE-361 which replaced link flags from "-X name value" to "-X name=value". I think we should fix gobuild.sh to keep supporting go 1.4 at lease in htrace 4. I filed HTRACE-371.
