I do personally believe that SCTP would be the better choice over
SPDY/QUIC since recent research has pointed out that current SPDY/QUIC

The call for presentations for ApacheCon North America closes in a
little less than two weeks. As of right now, as far as I can tell, there
is exactly zero httpd content.
