Spark does use a script to do it, but that script requires a special admin JIRA account and is run via a cron job as part of the pr dashboard website by Databricks (https://spark-prs.appspot.com). The website source code is open source and I've actually done quick a bit of work with it, but it

For now I had the disable the Bot until we figure out how to just link to the PRs. The JIRA is still open as I continue to work with INFRA to figure out the cleanest solution. Alex Bozarth
