Re: LOGCXX Jira Mail Setting

Yeah, it's a simple infra request, though now that we've been using it for
a couple months, I'm starting to wonder how useful it is. It makes JIRA
itself have some useful info integrated, but all these separate sources of
notifications do not work well together apparently.

Related note: I see that commits to log4j2 that have a comment from
the ASF subversion/git bot when somethings gets committed, does that
also have to be setup? It's not doing it for log4cxx. I find that
those e-mails are a little annoying, but I do like having the commits
with the issues in JIRA(at work, our JIRA is setup so that it is under
the 'source' tab, which doesn't seem to be setup on ASF JIRA)

You may be right, I don't seem to be able to change the "notification
scheme" for lig4net either.

2017-06-09 Thread Dominik Psenner

Hi Stefan,

I think this is an administrative task that needs to be done by INFRA.
While I can access the Administration page of the log4net jira project,
I can't edit the notifications settings myself. Maybe this applies to
logcxx too?

To change the notifications, you can select a different notification
scheme, or modify the currently selected scheme.

Hi

I just had to moderate through the JIRA mail for LOGCXX-488. It looks as
if we needed to fix the address messages for this JIRA project get sent
to, but I lack the admin karma to do that myself.
