I wasn't sure where to send this, so sent it to you guys (dev team).
I just tried donating to apache project via paypal and it said that this
recipient cannot currently accept donations. Wasn't sure you were aware.

Installing a Netbeans created OXT Addon throws an InvalidRegistryException:

should be 121126. I also corrected it in the issue.
About formula =21, it is from the sample XLS in 121126. Once I rolled
back fix code of 121126, I found it returned 1.0.
