Now that we have AOO-4.1.7 out, what do people think about trying for another

I used an earlier A00-4.2.0 for daily use and it worked OK for my
writing/editing.

Hi all
I understand that to solve this issue requires playing by Microsoft's rules but
given that the majority of OpenOffice users are on the Windows OS, wouldn't it
make the installer more reliable? (maybe the same applies to Apple...)
