Here is the process: When a request is coming to sysadmin@ we check for which tool the request is (the mail address is also used for others) and which name and mail address. If this not clear we ask and wait for the answer. So, when users wish to have an acount for BZ, they should write: - that it is for Bugzilla - which mail address should be used as login name - and their real name When we have the information, we create a new BZ account and give a response on sysadmin@, so all admins knows. The account details incl. the password will be send to the user only. And with the request to change it with first login. That's it.
