Here is something that will effectively do what you want. Insert a table; make one of the columns just one character wide; start typing or inserting special characters. You may do this for the next columns also in case one column is not enough. You can make the leftmost and rightmost columns

I found the way to add new item into combo box. There is no any inserted item in the combo box when I first time open the ui file in Glade . I did not know the inserted entry item will be shown by just click the Edit button. So I thought that the entry items is inserted by some c++ code until I
