in org.apache.openejb.client.EJBRequest#readExternal I added at the end of
the method the line:
authentication = JNDIContext.AuthenticationInfo.class.cast(in.readObject());
this is not in older versions so it fails.
I think that's one of the cause

Ok,
please if you can add a test for it (even the old client/new server test
using fork, we already have such tests using StandaloneServer IIRC).
Would hopefully prevent some more regression.

Hi
Anyone know why tomee-trunk-deploy buildbot job doesnt work anymore?
Hi
i guess that's more a jaxb question, you need to do a wrapper instead of
returning the list directly (the wrapper is just a class holding as an
attribute the list you want to return).

think it is clear we are not able to do so.
So when somebody able to release is ready to do it, let's just release IMO.

PS: just saw transactionManagerLocatorClass and transactionManagerLocatorMethod
configs, isn't it enough and then we can reuse what we already have (ie
OpenEJB.getTransactionmanager())?

oki, you can patch to check the method is static and can be called ;). That
said we can allow to instantiate OpenEJB ;) and call a method getTm() (ok
it sounds hacky)

I think we already have it through cdi and decorators but it doesnt hurt to
