Hi Sven,
what I noticed with my application and with one of the tutorial examples is
that with the current solutions based on
JavaScriptFilteredIntoFooterHeaderResponse
some header item are "swallowed" without being rendered. Missing items
usually are Wicket internal javascript files like wicket-e
