The 14 day period is only for critical path packages though. This is odd.

Hiredis is going to be updated in rawhide ONLY with soname version
bumped from 0.12 to 0.13.
Following packages need to be rebuilt:
collectd
yaz
opensips
openvas
rsyslog
syslog-ng
zmap

As scheduled [1], Fedora 23 Beta Test Compose 4 (TC4) is now available
for testing. Please help us complete as much of the validation testing
as we can!
In case you're wondering what happened to TC2 and TC3, there were some
release engineering issues. They never made it out of releng.

No need to modify. all the trick is done in the rpm macro that
fontpackages provides. so the font package maintainers just need to
rebuild it when they need to do something for other purpose. I assume
all of the transition should be done sooner or later when we will have
mass-rebuild for others.
Does this mean that we need to modify spec files for font packages?
