Hi all.
Many OpenMPI tests in RPM packaging are blocked for unknown reason, no
output or error, just hanged until test timeout.
For example, PETSc test is blocked with this message:
Executing: /usr/lib64/openmpi/bin/mpiexec -n 8 --mca
btl_base_warn_component_unused 0 -n 1
