I fully agree.
My idea would be to help contributors to understand where to go translate each
project upstream.
The Language-Team attribute probably is good enough to lead a contributor at
the right place, here are a few examples for French language:

Weblate is a translation platform.
Using it to display translations of projects who did not choose to be part of
our translation would be equivalent to fork what upstream do.
Ubuntu does it with launchpad, but the limit between upstream work and
distribution work isn't clear enough.

Hi,
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/ contains what is specific to Fedora
project (documentation, websites, FAS, etc.)
but most of what is contained in the operating system we build is not specific
to the Fedora project.
Each upstream project decides their translation process.

Hi Fedorans,
as translation coordinator, I have to track issues opened in many
upstream project.
For example, our migration from Zanata to Weblate:

The issue I see: wiki isn't so convenient for this because it provides
no automatic
-messages, so that
non-packaging
activities are included in Fedora community statistics and rewards (badges).

Can you check if you're using this 4.11 kernel and if the issue looks fixed?
I updated to F26, but I don't have an extensive use of my laptop at the
moment and as I don't know how to reproduce it, I can't tell if it
really is fixed.

Seriously, the best way to fix the issue is to have the impacted user
involved to provide necessary data and to confirm the solution works and
remove unnecessary actors.

What we know for sure will be updated, what we don't will stay with old
link but the user will be redirected to the general purpose wiki page.
