A month ago, I switched over the http://bugz.fedoraproject.org alias from the current pkgdb bugs app[1] to the new "packages" app[2]. There was a response from the community that this shouldn't have happened during that phase of the release cycle and that the new app was broken and too slow[3][4].

Hello all, after discussion with libjpeg and libjpeg-turbo upstreams I decided to drop the "jpeg8 API/ABI" feature and include only jpeg6 API/ABI. The main reason is that libjpeg upstream didn't present any valid argument for post-jpeg6 changes and libjpeg-turbo is not going to port all post-jpeg6
