How to fix RPM ARCH not defined?

Hi, I am one of the maintainers of the GRASS GIS package (also a core developer) and currently stuck with this bug report: RPM ARCH not defined https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2138373 I was able to reproduce it in a F37 docker container but have no clue how to address this problem.

Heads Up: hamlib 4.5 coming to Rawhide and f36+

Silent changes in Packaging Guidelines

It used to be a good practice to announce changes in Packaging Guidelines here on this list. The forkflow was that Fedora Packaging Committee accepted a change on it's meeting and then announced it in their meeting notes posted here.
