I'm going to build polymake 4.8 for Rawhide, which bumps the soname.
I will also rebuild the only library consumer, python-jupymake. If
all goes well, I will do the same for F37.

categorised TLDs used by other modules. In our case this is a dependency for
'Data::Validate::Domain' module required again by 'Kafka' module
