This sounds like a win to me :)
Unfortunately, this is not correct.
python3-test already is large.
We just move a small bit of python3-libs (test.support) and we move it to
python3-test for consistency.
test.support is 396K installed (for Python 3.8).

That would be nice, however, after several years I've realized that we cannot
really require maintainers to do anything :(

qrencode was bumped from 3.4.4 to 4.0.2.
It has a bumped soname from libqrencode.so.3 to libqrencode.so.4.
systemd once again cannot be installed and all my packages fail to resolve build

Please, announce those changes and coordinate!

I've just built updated tornado in rawhide. It is big update (5 to 6).
See https://www.tornadoweb.org/en/stable/releases/v6.0.0.html

Is this true for the version of systemd in RHEL 7 and compatible as well?
How will this affect EPEL packages?
It will not affect EPEL packages because it will only be done on the master

Pagure does not notify you of your own actions except
` in the various repos, but how do I get
them to all see each other?
You do build + wait + build + wait + build.
Use this for waiting:
$ koji wait-repo f31-build --build=foo-1.1.1-1.fc31
