Re: [Dhis2-devs] Arranging data entry in data capture app

2017-02-05 Thread Jason Pickering
Hi Blake,

Just use a section form and order them as you like. This of course will
require that you can use a section form.

Otherwise, you would need to implement a custom form and order then there.

Jason

[Dhis2-devs] Arranging data entry in data capture app

2017-02-05 Thread Blake Hansen
Dear Devs,

I am trying to rearrange the order of data elements and category options as
they appear in the tabularised form of the data capture app - aggregate form.
I expected them to load based on alphabetical order of the data element name,
and as such gave them numbering at the beginning of the name ‘005, 010, etc…’
However the order the data elements in the app adopt in the aggregate form
seems not to respect this. How do I arrange the order of the data elements in
the form, please?

With thanks,
Blake

[Dhis2-devs] Exporting/importing User meta-data

2017-02-05 Thread Calle Hedberg
Hi,

I tried to export "Users" meta-data in 2.24 earlier this evening, and then
import it into another slightly different version of the same instance
(when logged in as superuser).

Every single user was ignored during import, and every single one had an
import summary error message like the one below.

Anybody able to figure out what's blocking the import in this case? I do
see the ""teiSearchOrganisationUnits":"[]" } is not allowed to grant users
access to user role" sections which looks like some kind of error, but I
don't know what that section actually means.

(I later tried to export and import "Users" meta-data in the same 2.25
instance - that worked without a hitch).

Regards
Calle

Re: [Dhis2-devs] [Dhis2-users] Table for SQL query for Indicators

2017-02-05 Thread John Mukulu
Hello Raminosoa,

Analytics supports generation of query based on data, period and orgunit
selection. You can use pivot table, select your periods, orgunits and
indicators and use download option under advanced menu to download the
query.

I can't recall, but I think support for generation sql query even for
indicators was added either in 2.23, 2.24 or 2.25 so you could also try to
explore this option.

It's a (serious) bug - reported on JIRA DHIS2-570 on the 25th January.

Nothing's been done about it so far, most likely due to the rush to
finalise 2.26. It's probably a simple bug to fix since allocating OUs to
 groups worked in previous versions.

Re: [Dhis2-devs] Response was not a WebMessage with the expected format

2017-02-05 Thread Calle Hedberg
Stanley,

1. You can use api calls to add or remove OUs from groups.

2. You can use SQL scripts to do the same

3. If your instance is on localhost - permanently or temporarily - you can
use e.g. MS Access via ODBC to populate the OrgUnitGroupMember table. The
table itself is simple - just two fields - so it's easy to manipulate.

That table is regrettably not part of meta-data export/import, so you
cannot e.g. dump out a CSV file and then manipulate that before importing
it again. I've written a JIRA issue for this - DHIS2-658

Hi

It's a (serious) bug - reported on JIRA DHIS2-570 on the 25th January.

Nothing's been done about it so far, most likely due to the rush to
finalise 2.26. It's probably a simple bug to fix since allocating OUs to
groups worked in previous versions.

Re: [Dhis2-devs] Tables for SQL queries -- indicators

2017-02-05 Thread Raminosoa Rabemanantsoa, Tantely
Dear Jason,

Thank you for this information. I will adapt the calculations from
dataElements then. It is a bit hard to output from the analytics as we need
the values of specific indicators of all the lowest level of orgUnits
across all periods, so we need to split the queries into orgUnits / periods.

With Kind Regards,

Tantely.

Thanks for the clarification (why things like that is not outlined in the
User manual is, well...). And yes, I can use a validation rule, but I
wanted to know if there was another way...

Re: [Dhis2-devs] Assigning tracked entity attribute to Program - display in list OFF

2017-02-05 Thread Elmarie Claasen
Hi Calle,

The display in list option when ert to yes means that when you search for a
TEI that specific field displays in the list.

Can you not use program rules to hide that field on the capture screen when
e.g. Enrollment date is not null?
