The documentation on dxf2 is, as far as I can see, does not specify which
idschemes that are available for the data set - the standard is UID as with
all the others, but I'm looking for how to use NAME . I might have
overlooked something, though

double identifier for DE should be removed at all. For me each instance of
DE/Categoryoption combination is a real Data Element. So I suggest to
generate another set of unique ids based on DE/Categoryoption

Just emerging from implementing data exchange with iHRIS HR system in
Kenya. The attached is my first attempt at a working draft of
documenting what is going on re the data exchange format in the
importexport service module. I'll put it under the documentation
project as soon as I've firmed up

For the moment dxfv1 remains what there is and support for it will remain.
I have had some discussion with Jo regarding the new web api he is
building. It is my hope that the xml which we use with that will in effect
be dxf2 but I think it is currently too much in flux to target.
