Hi there,
Is there any way for a user to delete an interpretation? Would be good
if the original poster could delete the thread...
Thanks

I recently noticed that when one enters the Data Entry Module, all of
the 'Maintenance' menu options disappear, while the 'Services' menu
options are reduced to just 'Data Entry' and 'Mobile (light)' options.
This occurs whether I am a superuser or assigned another role with less
privileges.
Am using version 2.9... Olav Poppe suggested it had something to do with
browser cache. Have just cleared the cache and that doesn't solve the
issue, but if I logon in 'Private Browsing' mode (using FF) then the
correct options are displayed. Can't check on Chrome, but presume it

Hi Easy
Can you please provide us with some more details, like stacktrace from

Hi Dan,
Try to restart FF after clearing the browser cache. Also, it might be
a good idea to see if you observe the same issue on the online demos
(both 2.9 and 2.10)http://dhis2.org/demo/
Private browsing is indeed a good way to check whether caching is
the problem (also in Chrome)

Hi Daniel, you are right. At the moment we don't have that function.
We will include it as soon as possible and let you know.

Hi Daniel
The data entry is a bit special as it using what is called
application cache in order to function offline. This means that all
files required to run this module is downloaded and cached bu the
browser. This makes it vulnerable to outdated caches. I think this is
reason for your problem.
Lars,
Thanks for the reply. There is a similar option in FF called 'Offline
Website Data'. I can confirm that clearing this gives the correct menu
options again. Thanks for the help everyone in understanding this.
Cheers
