totals still shows zero(0) when data is being entered into the dis-aggregation

(disappearing from access, but not from the database) and now access to a

This dataset is assigned to 3 user groups. When logging in as a user in one

could not see at the time. Our admin user did NOT have administrator rights
but now does (updated via the backend). So there are a couple of mysteries

Remember DHIS2 aggregates at any level for OUs below. Are you aggregating
at a higher level or?
If you are, you need to check on the Ordunits below. Also if a dataset was
assigned to an Org Units and removed after data entry, data will still be
available for analysis.

The reporting summary rate summarises all the data sets entered and yet I want
to know what each data entrant has entered. I have over 10 data entrants and I
want to pay them depending on what an individual has entered.
