There was a missing close quote on the lang directive. It rendered fine 
locally, but not on the site. That's fixed now. Is that the only issue?

It just looks so bad that I thought there were more than one problem,

There is a typo in the abstract of Walter's talk:

"[...] of techniques for allocating meory. [...]"

It should be memory =)

I was actually waiting for the early bird discount to end, but I 
guess I will just register now.
